White Oak Conservation Center Invites You To Join Us For An Overnight Experience

 

For a limited time,river we are offering supporters of White Oak Conservation Center the opportunity to stay overnight at one of the extraordinary White Oak Plantation Lodges.

Don't miss out on this opportunity to wake up to the call of owls as the sun rises over the beautiful St. Mary's River.

Cost

$500 donation per family plus:

  • $350 per adult (13 and older) per night
  • $100 per additional guest sharing a room (maximum 2 per room)
  • $85 per child ages 7-12
  • Please call about children under 7
  • $200 deposit per family

White Oak Conservation Center Activities

feed runYour overnight experience includes a full tour of the Conservation Center, as well as a morning “feed run”. During the feed run, you will accompany our staff as they deliver morning meals to the wildlife at the Conservation Center. This is one of the most exciting times of the day at White Oak!

Bring your camera!

You will also have the opportunity to speak with Conservation Center staff about our wildlife programs and international projects.

 

 

Food and Beverage

Your overnight experience will include dinner, breakfast and lunch, prepared by our supreme culinary staff.  Prearranged alcoholic beverages are offered with meals, additional alcoholic beverages may be purchased.

Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be available in your lodge.

 

Lodging

los pinosYou will be amazed at the meticulous detail and care in which each lodge at White Oak is decorated and maintained. From the extraordinary antiques inside to the breathtaking views from a lodge’s balcony, you will surely recognize that nothing compares to the lodges at White Oak.

 

Whether situated along the St. Mary's River, or nestled among the pines with a view of an animal enclosure, each lodge offers comfort and amenities.

Each lodge is equipped with internet, cable television and phones.

 

Bicycles are available for guests, and you are welcome to take walks along the many miles of wooded trails throughout the property.

 

As a guest, you will be welcome to join us at the Big Game Room, which features pool tables, a full bar, video games and a bowling alley. Tours are also available.

 

 

Additional Activities

You can make your stay even more memorable by participating in these optional Conservation Center activities:

  • Keeper for A Day - Cost: $700 per day for two people

This experience offers the opportunity to work alongside the animal keepers and program staff and participate in the daily routines and help complete work projects. 

Guests must be 16 years of age and older.

  • Animal Training Session - Cost: $250 per person

This experience offers the chance to participate with keepers and vet staff with animal care procedures such as animal weighing, medical exams, and animal training procedures.  This experience offers guests insights into animal training and the related duties of keepers and vets who work closely with wildlife on a daily basis. 

Guests must be 8 years of age and older.
