Volunteer Training

All volunteers must submit a completed application and successfully pass background and reference screenings prior to being placed as a volunteer.  All volunteers are required to attend a 3 hour orientation session. Upon completion of the general orientation, volunteers will be assigned to a volunteer supervisor who will arrange dates and times for additional training depending on the area of service. We ask volunteers to commit to at least 12 hours per month for a minimum of 6 months.
